So Many Dynamos Hand Screened Show Poster by The Bungaloo $20 I have a real affinity for the nautical, and have been thinking of what to do with a (very) blank wall in my home office. Signoria Firenze

Ever since getting my new canopy bed I’ve been undecided on bed linens. I was looking at some pin-tucked versions from West Elm and looking at various local stores but I’m really liking the work of Signoria Firenze. They have some with beautiful patterns as shown above. They also create linens for the little one in your life, also with great colors and patterns! And they create table linens that are just as fantastic as the rest... Read More

DIY Lanterns

Paper Source recently launched their blog called P.S. and I just adore this how to: paper lanterns article. Using paper (from their 26×20 paper of course) you use rolled up paper for the center tube and then cut strips to form the lantern! Home Improvements

So my husband and I took on our official first D.I.Y. project to completion. This weekend we purchased and installed hardwood flooring in our entry way to our home. We had to break and remove the tile that was there (seen in the before photo above) and then a very nice friend who’s in the flooring business came over for the day and installed the flooring with my husband. The cost? We only had to pay for the flooring which was under $100!!!!... Read More

Useful and Useless

Hooks Saw some useful and not-so-useful objects while perusing the internet today. First is the very useful Beech hooks that I saw on Remodelista from Manufactum. Hooks And these would look great in a laundry area or garage. Nicely done. On Off Switch And the totally useless (but fun) On/Off Switch from Kiosk.
