Paper Source recently launched their blog called P.S. and I just adore this how to: paper lanterns article. Using paper (from their 26×20 paper of course) you use rolled up paper for the center tube and then cut strips to form the lantern! My husband was out and about yesterday and stopped at a nearby Antiques Barn to pick up this ‘cabinet’ (if that’s what you call it) for me! I’ve wanted it for weeks but every time I would stop they weren’t open. Well he’s just nice as peaches to have picked it up for me. YAY! Don’t mind the messy garage in the background! So my husband and I took on our official first D.I.Y. project to completion. This weekend we purchased and installed hardwood flooring in our entry way to our home. We had to break and remove the tile that was there (seen in the before photo above) and then a very nice friend who’s in the flooring business came over for the day and installed the flooring with my husband.
