Joel Bukiewicz designs and crafts professional-grade kitchen cutlery. He handcrafts each pieves with the finest materials, and pays attention to details. He offers all of the knives he builds an in-shop service free of charge. He makes them all to order and is wait-list at this point is 12 months. He has a variety of colors available too. So who wants a custom-crafted knife? I do! I do!
