Typographic Playing Cards

A wonderful new project that I saw on Veer, Typographic Playing Cards by Jim Sutherland of Hat-Trick Design. Each card uses a different typeface (equaling 52+ typefaces folks) and he also designed the two jokers and cover. It’s a pretty fun project and a unique play on the playing cards, wouldn’t you say? I’ve done announcements for two lovely little girls in a row and would love to do some for a little boy next. Everyone seems to be having girls, is 2009 the year for the ladies? Stay tuned as next week I’ll be posting photos for a wedding invitation that I’ve been working on for quite some time. This week has been spent printing 600 envelopes, 150…

Dossier de Heuristica

I was really impressed by the design of this Dossier de Heuristica project be Carolina Plantas shown on the Typography Served and Behance sites. The type works appears to be flawless and is a most attractive piece. 0
